| Q: Can I rent and set up the items myself? A: No. Creative Touch Decorating is not a rental company, it is a decorating company. We set everything up and then take it away. In the end, you will be so happy that you did not have to do it yourself. It is just one less thing that you have to worry about. |
| Q: Is there a fee for set up and tear down? A: No. We do not charge you to set up and tear down. There are two conditions to this: Your wedding must be over $500.00 and your site needs to be within a 40-mile radius. A reasonable fee will apply in either case. |
| Q: Do I have to pay for on-site consultations? A: No. ALL consultations are free. |
| Q: I have a small budget to work with, is there a minimum amount required? A: No. We offer a wide variety of items for this reason. We pride ourselves on making any wedding beautiful on any budget. |
| Q: What is included in the cost of the centerpiece rental? A: A centerpiece rental includes the centerpiece itself, a mirror, four side votive cups, candles and customized flowers. |
| Q: Do I have to use the flowers that are in the pictures for my centerpiece? A: No. You can pick the style and color of flower that compliments your wedding. In all cases, the pictures are only examples. |
| Q: Do you decorate for events other than weddings? A: Yes. We decorate for bridal showers, baby showers, anniversaries, birthday parties, Christmas parties, class reunions, retirement parties, or any event that you want to make special. |
| Q: Do you do theme weddings? A: Yes. We can do any theme that you have in mind, such as beach/nautical, garden, country, shabby chic/rustic, and seasonal weddings. |
| Q: I have some ideas for my wedding that I do not see on your website. Can you still do this for me? A: Maybe. Please tell us about any ideas that you have. We may be able to make or accommodate what you want. We love to hear your ideas, as it is YOUR day & we strive to make it exactly what YOU want. |
| Q: Do you use fresh flowers? A: No. We do not use fresh flowers. We use high-quality silk flowers. This keeps our prices more reason. Many times are silk flowers are mistaken for real. Fresh flowers are something we will be adding at some point in the future. |
