Terms & Conditions

Responsibility for all decor items remains with the client from the time
of delivery to the time of pick up.  If any item is missing, broken or  
damaged in anyway, the client will be charged for the cost of fixing or
replacing the item.  

Rose petals on any table may not be placed on the floor or thrown           
away.  In either case, the client will be charged for the cost of replacing   
the rose petals.

The client may not remove any decor item from any venue.

Creative Touch Decorating agrees to have all decor finished by the          
time the event starts, beyond that, there will be no agreed upon time       
when the decor has to be completed.

It may become necessary for the location or design of decor items to be   
changed due to unforeseen circumstances, i.e., weather, changes at          
ceremony or reception site, etc., beyond Creative Touch Decorating's       
control.  In this case, Creative Touch Decorating agrees to contact the       
client or the client's emergency contact and inform them of the                   
necessary change and explain the issue in detail.  There will be no           
penalty or reimbursement if this occurs.

Changes or additions made by the client less than one month from the    
event cannot be guaranteed, however, Creative Touch Decorating will    
make every attempt to accommodate the changes.

Creative Touch Decorating agrees to drape ONLY the number of            
tables agreed upon in the contract.  No extra tables will be draped         
unless the client has made arrangements and payment prior to the        
event.  If there are extra tables, Creative Touch Decorating will only  
drape what has been paid for and will use judgement to make it look
as good as possible.

All returned checks are subject to a $40.00 fee.

Creative Touch Decorating has the right to refuse service to anyone at     
anytime.

All prices are subject to change at anytime without notice.
